Canada Orders (2–14 Business Days)

To keep shipping affordable for small packages, most Canadian orders are sent through Canada Post Lettermail using stamps.
This method does not include tracking, insurance, or guaranteed delivery times, and we are not responsible for lost parcels once shipped.

If you’d like your order to include tracking and faster delivery, please select the Expedited Parcel upgrade at checkout (estimated delivery: 2–8 business days).

U.S. Orders (5–13 Business Days)

U.S. orders are shipped using Tracked Packet service for reliable delivery and full tracking.
Most U.S. shipments are now sent DDP (Delivered Duties Paid), meaning customs duties and import fees are paid ahead of time, so there are no surprise charges upon delivery.

International Orders

International shipping is available to select destinations. Delivery times vary by country, and customs processing may extend delivery times.

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to their order unless otherwise noted (for example, U.S. DDP shipments). We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
