Shipping & Returns

We proudly ship all handmade orders from Ontario, Canada.

Processing Time:
Each item is made to order and ships within 1–5 business days.

Shipping:

Within Canada: Orders are shipped untracked using standard letter mail and postage stamps to keep costs low.
(Tracked shipping upgrades are available upon request.)

To the U.S.: All orders are tracked and shipped via Stallion Express / USPS.
U.S. orders qualify for duty-free shipping under CUSMA.

Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we don’t accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll make it right.
