Yes! Each piece is thoughtfully designed, laser engraved, and packaged by hand in our studio in Ontario, Canada.
Where do your materials come from?
All of our wood and acrylic materials are sourced within Canada.
Do you offer custom designs?
Absolutely! Many of our products can be personalized.

Do you ship to the U.S.?
Yes! All U.S. orders are duty-free under CUSMA and shipped from Canada.
Tracked shipping is available at checkout.
What is your processing time?
Most orders are made and ready to ship within 2–5 business days.
We’ll always notify you if there are any delays during busy seasons.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging every order, but accidents can happen during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include a photo of the item and packaging.
